Amanda Knox returns to court today for her appeal hearing. Experts have cast doubt on the evidence used in the first trial, when the 24-year-old was convicted of the murder of British student Meredith Kercher. The American, who has been behind bars since the November 2007 murder, was in the Perugia courtoom, as was her co-defendant and one-time boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito.
