It would be an understatement to say the last 10 years have been quite a ride for royals around the world, especially the British monarchy. From weddings to baby announcements and tabloid drama, there's been a handful of unforgettable moments over the past decade. There has, of course, also been a number of memorable royal fashion moments since 2011 that we still can't get over.

Royal weddings, in particular, made headlines when fashionable women such as Kate Middleton, Meghan Markle, and Charlene Wittstock married into the royal family. A decade ago, in 2011, Kate Middleton became the Duchess of Cambridge when she tied the knot with Prince William in a gorgeous white Alexander McQueen gown designer by Sarah Burton. The wedding was viewed by more than 134 million global TV viewers and Kate's lace look went down as one of the best wedding dresses in history.

Other royals such as Princess Sofia of Sweden and Queen Rania of Jordan also had major sartorial moments when they stepped out in standout ensembles at big events like the Nobel Prize Banquet and the Met Gala. Queen Letizia of Spain has also been a constant source of style inspiration over the past decade thanks to her sharp fashion taste and accessible outfits from brands like Zara and Mango.
